When it comes to digestion less is more. Smoothie combinations don't have to be fancy to be good. The Solar Power Smoothie is my all-time favorite smoothie combination, and it only has four ingredients. Of course, you may not love what I love but I'm sure you'll love this!

Ingredients
1 cup frozen Mango
1 medium sized Orange
1/2 medium sized Banana
1 cup water
Substitutions
This smoothie is just as good without frozen mango. If your mango is not frozen use a little less water.
Tangerines and Grapefruits are a great substitution for Oranges.
If you have access to fresh coconut water, use it in place of filtered water.
BLEND IT UP
Toss your water, mangos, peeled oranges, and banana into your blender and puree until smooth. Enoy
