How To Roast Cashews

Don't let snacking kill your clean eating spree. Grabbing quick convivence products were always my demise, but learning to create clean things in my kitchen saved me time and time again.

Cashews are rich in nutrients and offer several health benefits. Sadly, most roasted nuts in the market are processed with very poor low-quality oils. Surprisingly the organic ones were even coated in unnecessary fillers.

Let making your own become your new norm! Not only are they a cleaner option but cheaper too, especially when purchasing in bulk. True cashew lovers will appreciate the better taste and endless spice options.



  • 1/2c Raw Unroasted Cashews

  • 1/8tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Optional: Sea Salt

Step 1

Pre heat your oven to 315 degrees.

Add the cashews, oil and salt to an oven safe dish and toss well.

*1/8tsp doesn't seem like a lot of oil but the cashews will create some oil

Step 2

Roast for 30 minutes, stir after the first 15 minutes.


Wait 5-10 minutes then Enjoy!

This is the hard part, let the cashews cool. After pulling them out of the oven the cashews will be a little soft.
