Quick Kale Chips

Snack time is a hard time. These quick kale chips are super clean and delish!!! WARNING homemade kale chips and prepacked kale chips are two totally different things. The first time I experienced kale chips they were from shelf package and the lousiest lettuce particles I'd ever tasted. I didn't know food could even taste that bad. Fingers crossed your own homemade kale chips will be your first experience, and a positive one.


Plain and simple is how I like to enjoy my kale chips. This recipe is easily customizable. Season with your favorite spices or even dry rubs for extra flava.


These lovely crisp can also top your favorite meals and utilized as a garnish. From small pieces to large leaves are beautiful ways to elevate salads or savory dishes.


 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of organic kale or large leaves

  • Avocado Oil

  • Pure Sea Salt

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

  • Add your own spice additonal spices


Step 1


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and wash greens. Dry in lettuce spinner


Step 2


Roughly chop greens and lay them in a single layer on a cooking sheet or in a cake pan.


Step 3


Lightly drizzle oil over top and season to your liking. *Add a splash of water and mix well


Step 4


Bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes

*greens will be soft fresh out of the oven and will crisp while cooling
